Qualifications :- -Bachelor degree or Master degree in Property Valuation, real estate, architecture/ finance - At least 3-5 years working experience gained in property development within a real estate company or consulting firm especially strong in high end Residential Project or Mixed use project would be an advantage - At least 5 years of experience in property development business strong in Real Estate Principle & Market analysis - Have Experience in Capital investment analysis for new property development / new project construction is preferred - Enthusiastic, able to work under pressure, initiative and strong analytical skill - Strong negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills. - English and Computer proficiency Responsibilities :- - To seek for new business opportunities and create a proper agreement for our business. - To conduct market research and analysis / feasibility studies in order to identify market requirements for current & future products. - To prepare financial plans with appraisal study and cash flow calculations - To develop & execute marketing and business plans - To develop & recommend strategies for both residential and commercial middle-high end projects and others - To deal and find excellence solution for our business Interested applicants are invited to send application with full resume indicating qualifications and experience, transcript, expected salary and recent photo to:
