Responsibilities :- Evaluate, develop, introduce and prepare necessary equipment, tools, parts, materials, specs and procedures for assembly process. - Install, characterize, optimize and maintain the assembly equipment in the best condition for assembly process. - Maintain and enhance assembly yield, quality, productivity and cycle time at lowest cost through continuous improvement plan. - Analyze and evaluate the root cause of defects and deviations on yield, quality and productivity, develop / implement correction actions for improvement. - Develop and implement SPC, process monitor and IQC to optimize process and product quality. - Coordinate and provide concerned department with necessary support. - Perform; develop the spec and procedure for assembly process. - Perform related to work as assigned. Qualifications : - BS in Mechanic, Industrial Technology or related fields. - 2-3 years experience as Process Engineer in Automotive Manufacturing. -Good command of English and Computer literate - Fully respond in Engineer function and Responsible on yield / Quality / Matl / New Product / Process & Quality improvement. - Strong Leadership and good inter personal skills. - Strong analytical and problem solving skills such SPC or 6- sigma.
