Qualifications :- Good command of speaking and writing English. Computer literacy Experience min 1 year with Import-Export is advantage Analytical and problem solving skills. Self initiative, reliable ,well-organized, logical thinking and details oriented. Job Description :- Monthly Freight expense report. Book the vessel space with the shipping agent. Co-ordinate among mill, forwarder companies and shipping agent to ensure that the product can be delivered on. Prepare Commercial invoice and Packing list for customs clearance. Book the haulage with forwarder companies. Prepare Shipping particular to the shipping agent. Check B/L details information as per Shipping Instruction or L/C Purchasing system Control / Domestic and supplier Control for Non BOM materials. Review and Analyze Cost of Product / Cost Activity control / Purchasing Document control.
