We all take health and vitality for granted until something goes wrong. But today, there's a groundswell across the globe moving us toward prevention versus intervention, helping people achieve a higher quality of life. Pang NARES would like to tell people everywhere and everyday that nutrition and lifestyle play a major role in longevity and our quality of life.
What we need, then, is a new paradigm'---a new vision of reality; a fundamental change in our thoughts, perceptions, and values
I believe that the world-view implied by modern physics is inconsistent with our present society, which does not reflect the harmonious interrelatedness we observe in nature. To achieve such a state of dynamic balance, a radically different social and economic structure will be needed: a cultural revolution in the true sense of the word. The survival of our whole civilization may depend on whether we can bring about such a change.

Since 1992, Pang NARES has set the standard for health care, especially for elderly. Today, we are going to offer you the experience through these venues:
Health Resort: It all began when we first came to the World Heritage Forest named HUAY KHA KHAENG . With its own caves full of stalactites and stalagmites as well as the high cliff which is perfectly fit for climbing. We then decided to create the Health & Sport Park in the foothills of KRAWAIN hills range.
Spa Club: Pang NARES Spa clubs will be located in both Bangkok and in HUAY KHA KHAENG as well.
Sport Park : Pang NARES Sport Park will be located in the area which is around by the mountains range of the World Heritage Forest HUAY KHA KHAENG .
